“I started my journey to better health with my mind. I got up the nerve to do things I had been wanting to do for years, like dying my hair a fun color and getting a tattoo. After feeling a little more like myself, I focused my energy on things others could benefit from by forming a local ladies comic book club and starting a book-review blog. I strengthened my mental health further by seeing a therapist for something I had been struggling with for years and by starting to work on my body by completing Whole 30 and practicing Yoga daily. It has been a process that has taken over three years and has gone as far as it has only because of support from my husband, doctors, therapists, massage therapists, nutritionists, and friends.
As a resource to this community, I can use my English degree to be a resource for you with proofreading, editing, writing, and book reviews.”
